I buy my cars there, and I have them serviced there. Usually, Eddie takes care of my services. Went on Saturday. Jeremy took care of me. They took me when I was an hour and a half early without even raising an eyebrow. Regardless of who serviced my car, Jim Ellis’ standards of excellence always shine through whenever I am there. And their new showroom is BEAUTIFUL!!! Thanks for always taking great care of me!!! More

They take good care of their customers. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation because I was due for that. I had recently gotten two nails in two separate tires. They discovered I had a third nail in a third tire, and my tread was pretty low. I bought four new tires at a great price, and was happy they took such good care to see I am safe on the road. They also cleaned my car inside and out before I left. Thank you for that great service! More

Hilton Young is extremely friendly and took the time to make sure we knew all of our options as well as what features each vehicle offered. Hilton and Rick Brown were also able to help negotiate a price that worked for us while also giving the time to explain how the pricing worked to ensure we were receiving the best deal possible. Nestor in finance was also very friendly and made the process quick and easy. We can't thank this dealership enough and truly love our new car. No Buyer's Remorse The entire purchase experience was very enjoyable. Hilton went out of his way to find the car that I wanted in the timeframe that I was looking for. Pete did an excellent job going over in detail each area of concern and assured me everything checked out fine. Therefore, Pete went above and beyond. Great experience purchasing a 2018 Mazda CX9! Great car and lots of value for the price. Most of all we were SOLD by the experience we had with our Sales Rep. Hilton Young. He was very knowledgeable about the car and took the time to really explain the safety features, etc. He was not pushy at all and was a great balance of professional with a personal touch! We LOVE the car and Hilton is all kinds of AWESOME! More

Best car buying experience ever I've been raving about my car buying experience with Hilton Young all week to my coworkers, and decided to finally fill out an official review online. I've been raving about my car buying experience with Hilton Young all week to my coworkers, and decided to finally fill out an official review online. I spent a week looking for a new car, visiting 7 different dealerships and test driving a dozen vehicles to really do my research. Every dealership I went to tried to pressure me into buying a car right away, and almost every salesman I met with second guessed the kind of car I wanted to get and the features I was looking for. A friend recommended the Jim Ellis dealerships, and I'm so glad they did. From the moment I walked into the Jim Ellis Mazda dealership, my experience was 100% positive. Hilton listened to me and never second guessed me about what kind of car I wanted, and he took me for a nice long test drive where I could see how the car drove in traffic, how it handled curves, the turn radius, how it handled bumpy roads - everything. It was such a positive experience taking the car for a test drive and being listened to and not pressured that I knew that I was going to buy my car from him. When I decided to purchase the car, Hilton walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable with all the different service packages. He had prepared an owner's manual for me with color coded tabs marking important pages, and went through the pamphlet explaining all the car's special features in detail. He then spent another half hour or so with me sitting in the car, showing me how the car's display worked, how to access my settings, and even connected my phone via Bluetooth so I could make my first phone call. By the time I drove off the lot, I knew my vehicle and all its safety features, and even had some radio stations on my favorites list. Hilton took care of me as a customer, and I've kept his business card so I can recommend him to all of my friends. More
