This is the 4th Mazda we purchased from Jim Ellis Marietta, Hilton was a joy to work with and extremely through explaining the operation of the CX5, This is the 4th Mazda we purchased from Jim Ellis Marietta, Hilton was a joy to work with and extremely through explaining the operation of the CX5, and he even put tabs on the most important sections of the owners manual. I buy my cars there, and I have them serviced there. Usually, Eddie takes care of my services. Went on Saturday. Jeremy took care of me. They took me when I was an hour and a half early without even raising an eyebrow. Regardless of who serviced my car, Jim Ellis’ standards of excellence always shine through whenever I am there. And their new showroom is BEAUTIFUL!!! Thanks for always taking great care of me!!! More

They take good care of their customers. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation because I was due for that. I had recently gotten two nails in two separate tires. They discovered I had a third nail in a third tire, and my tread was pretty low. I bought four new tires at a great price, and was happy they took such good care to see I am safe on the road. They also cleaned my car inside and out before I left. Thank you for that great service! More

Hilton Young is extremely friendly and took the time to make sure we knew all of our options as well as what features each vehicle offered. Hilton and Rick Brown were also able to help negotiate a price that worked for us while also giving the time to explain how the pricing worked to ensure we were receiving the best deal possible. Nestor in finance was also very friendly and made the process quick and easy. We can't thank this dealership enough and truly love our new car.
