No Buyer's Remorse The entire purchase experience was very enjoyable. Hilton went out of his way to find the car that I wanted in the timeframe that I was looking for. The entire purchase experience was very enjoyable. Hilton went out of his way to find the car that I wanted in the timeframe that I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the car and took the time to answer any questions that I had. I was pleasantly surprised at how transparent the actual purchase process was. I did not feel like there was anything being hidden from me and Hilton and Daryl were very open and honest during the transaction, which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely recommend Jim Ellis Mazda of Marietta to family and friends. More

5K Maintenance Hilton Young scheduled my first maintenance appointment. All required 5K maintenance needs were addressed. Pete did an excellent job going over in detail each area of concern and assured me everything checked out fine. Therefore, Pete went above and beyond. Hilton also took time out from his sales responsibility to confirm with me that I was ok with my service. More

Great experience purchasing a 2018 Mazda CX9! Great car and lots of value for the price. Most of all we were SOLD by the experience we had with our Sales Rep. Hilton Young. He was very knowledgeable about the car and took the time to really explain the safety features, etc. He was not pushy at all and was a great balance of professional with a personal touch! We LOVE the car and Hilton is all kinds of AWESOME! More

Best car buying experience ever I've been raving about my car buying experience with Hilton Young all week to my coworkers, and decided to finally fill out an official review online. I've been raving about my car buying experience with Hilton Young all week to my coworkers, and decided to finally fill out an official review online. I spent a week looking for a new car, visiting 7 different dealerships and test driving a dozen vehicles to really do my research. Every dealership I went to tried to pressure me into buying a car right away, and almost every salesman I met with second guessed the kind of car I wanted to get and the features I was looking for. A friend recommended the Jim Ellis dealerships, and I'm so glad they did. From the moment I walked into the Jim Ellis Mazda dealership, my experience was 100% positive. Hilton listened to me and never second guessed me about what kind of car I wanted, and he took me for a nice long test drive where I could see how the car drove in traffic, how it handled curves, the turn radius, how it handled bumpy roads - everything. It was such a positive experience taking the car for a test drive and being listened to and not pressured that I knew that I was going to buy my car from him. When I decided to purchase the car, Hilton walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable with all the different service packages. He had prepared an owner's manual for me with color coded tabs marking important pages, and went through the pamphlet explaining all the car's special features in detail. He then spent another half hour or so with me sitting in the car, showing me how the car's display worked, how to access my settings, and even connected my phone via Bluetooth so I could make my first phone call. By the time I drove off the lot, I knew my vehicle and all its safety features, and even had some radio stations on my favorites list. Hilton took care of me as a customer, and I've kept his business card so I can recommend him to all of my friends. More

While he explained the features during my sales process, I did not retain the details. I especially appreciate that he is easy to contact and allowed me to make an appointment for a 1 on 1 review. While the information is in the manual, Hilton has a hands on approach of teaching whilch is better than just reading. Now I am more comfortable with my new car. He assured me if I need another review I can contact him again. If you are looking to purchase a Mazda, Jim Ellis of Marietta is your place and Hilton Young is your contact. Not high pressured just friendly, professional and patient. More

I stopped in one evening after work to view a Mazdaspeed 3 and was very politely greeted by Hilton. He patiently listened as I told him what I was looking for and that I had also been to other dealerships w 3 and was very politely greeted by Hilton. He patiently listened as I told him what I was looking for and that I had also been to other dealerships with which he would have to compete against. He said that was no problem and offered me a test drive in one of the vehicles of my interest. After the test drive, I gave him some quotes that other dealerships had given me and told him about my trade-in. He had someone appraise my trade-in and he went to work on the Manager to beat my price quotes from other dealerships. He offered me refreshments and made an attempt to make me comfortable while he was working with the Manager. I felt absolutely no sales pressure and he came back to me every couple of minutes to check on me. Once completed, he introduced me to the Manager and we discussed pricing. They came in a couple of hundred dollars off of the best deal that I had received. The reason that I did do the purchase here was simple. While the price was off a little bit, I received such a positive experience with Hilton that swayed my decision. Once the deal was done, I was introduced to the Service Manager, my first service was scheduled, and I was given a thorough walk through on the vehicle with Hilton answering every question. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I highly recommend my sales experience with Hilton at JE Mazda Marietta. More
