Appointment To Review Features of New Car Hilton Young is an excellent salesman. He is extremely patient, very professional and knows every feature of my car. While he explained the features Hilton Young is an excellent salesman. He is extremely patient, very professional and knows every feature of my car. While he explained the features during my sales process, I did not retain the details. I especially appreciate that he is easy to contact and allowed me to make an appointment for a 1 on 1 review. While the information is in the manual, Hilton has a hands on approach of teaching whilch is better than just reading. Now I am more comfortable with my new car. He assured me if I need another review I can contact him again. If you are looking to purchase a Mazda, Jim Ellis of Marietta is your place and Hilton Young is your contact. Not high pressured just friendly, professional and patient. More

His name is Hilton Young and he is frankly the best rep I have ever used period. He is the ultimate professional. He covers every detail with overkill and is as enthusiastic as he can be. I stopped in one evening after work to view a Mazdaspeed 3 and was very politely greeted by Hilton. He patiently listened as I told him what I was looking for and that I had also been to other dealerships w 3 and was very politely greeted by Hilton. He patiently listened as I told him what I was looking for and that I had also been to other dealerships with which he would have to compete against. He said that was no problem and offered me a test drive in one of the vehicles of my interest. After the test drive, I gave him some quotes that other dealerships had given me and told him about my trade-in. He had someone appraise my trade-in and he went to work on the Manager to beat my price quotes from other dealerships. He offered me refreshments and made an attempt to make me comfortable while he was working with the Manager. I felt absolutely no sales pressure and he came back to me every couple of minutes to check on me. Once completed, he introduced me to the Manager and we discussed pricing. They came in a couple of hundred dollars off of the best deal that I had received. The reason that I did do the purchase here was simple. While the price was off a little bit, I received such a positive experience with Hilton that swayed my decision. Once the deal was done, I was introduced to the Service Manager, my first service was scheduled, and I was given a thorough walk through on the vehicle with Hilton answering every question. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I highly recommend my sales experience with Hilton at JE Mazda Marietta. More
