I recently bought a used Honda Civic at Manly Honda. Eric was a great salesman and very helpful. Ali in finance also provided great service and was very helpful. A couple of weeks after purchasing the Eric was a great salesman and very helpful. Ali in finance also provided great service and was very helpful. A couple of weeks after purchasing the car I brought the car into the Manly service center to be checked for a noise. Hiram in service quoted me a price for the car to be checked. Two appointments later the service team concluded that no repairs were needed at this time. Hiram didn't charge me for either of the two appointments. I really appreciate the great service. More

Service Department needs some process improvements. Failed to have the required parts for recall work for appointment made over week in advance. I showed up and had to reschedule. Staff seemed to know this is an ongoing issue not an anomaly. Then on return visit, they removed child car seats and didn't put them back and never mentioned it. Also failed to sufficiently fill tires resulting in low pressure light 3 days after visit. They wasted about 3 hours of my time with all of these issues. I like the sales dept. but the service dept. needs work. More

I had no appointment to drop my vehicle off in the morning for a simple oil change. The service advisor was very clear communicator. We ended up doing a lot more work same day and was able to get my v morning for a simple oil change. The service advisor was very clear communicator. We ended up doing a lot more work same day and was able to get my vehicle back for my college kid who is heading back to school. I’ve been servicing my 2017 Honda Civic sport since we bought it new with Manly. More
