All the staff are very professional and courteous. From the moment we stepped back onto the lot (repeat customer), we were greeted and assisted, not your usual pushy salesmanship experience. All were will the moment we stepped back onto the lot (repeat customer), we were greeted and assisted, not your usual pushy salesmanship experience. All were willing to workout a price we could all be happy with, especially me--even over the phone. Upon agreement, came back to the dealership and finalized the deal. Gary Simmons was the salesman and each time I return to the dealership for service/parts, he always remembers me and takes the time to say hello, and sends out email reminders for servicing--a true gentleman. As for the service department, Holly is a gem and doesn't try to sell me on unnecessary service--just the facts. As for the parts department, Lee Hollingsworth is fantastic--goes the next step to ensure he can provide you the right part(s) at the best price--very competitive in parts pricing. For the Hampton Roads area, this is the only Toyota dealership I am willing to work with. Tried out others and felt taken advantage of, just another number to them. Willing to pay the toll fee to Gloucester each time, worth the price for great service! More

This is a very good dealership because of their excellent service and polite, knowledgeable folks. It's easy to get an appointment or re-schedule one for car service. I've also found the service guys more th service and polite, knowledgeable folks. It's easy to get an appointment or re-schedule one for car service. I've also found the service guys more than willing to explain problems that come up such as a noise I couldn't pinpoint when driving over 35 mph. It turned out to be due to tire "cupping" and I was shown the culprit in the tread which I'd never have spotted on my own. They also tell the truth which in this case involved the fact that the Prius is a very heavy car for a small sedan, due to all those batteries - and that I shouldn't expect the tires to last as long as with other cars of the same size.
