Merrell was very friendly and professional. He took time showing us around and inside the vehicle, and clearly explained all the unique features. During the test drive, he answered all of our questions thoroughly and helped us know and love this vehicle even more! That was our first visit. We could not make a decision that day even though we had decided we would definitely buy this car. We wanted to go to different dealers to compare the offers. The second time I visited Merrell, he was still very patient and down-to-earth with me. He helped me find the combination that had my favorite exterior and interior colors and package that had all the features that I needed. I knew this was going to be my car but I just could not say the final word, because I had this weird promise with my friend to buy twin cars and park together at work lol. So I had to talk to her first since she was not there. I made it complicated, but Merrell made the process super easy for us, so the third time we went in, I finally bought the car with a great deal. Mary and Homer helped me finalize the deal. They were also amazing and lovely people to work with. I would never expect car purchasing process to be so pleasant. I know I just wrote an essay, but from my experience of working with Merrell, Mary and Homer, along with a few other staff that have helped me during and after the purchase, I can assure you that Westside Lexus is a great place to buy your vehicles. People here are friendly, honest, and knowledgeable; they will do their best to help you get good deals. You walk out not just with a car you love, but also with knowing more great and professional people. More
