Hello, My name is HORACE "THE CHAMP" MANUEL and I am originally from Opelousas La., and have been here in Houston Tx for 23 years now. I am a husband and father to 3 awesome kids and 3 GrandKids whom I love very much. Prior to moving here from Opelousas., I owned a mechanic shop where I specialized in working on Cadillacs, Chevrolets, GMCs, Buicks, and a host of other brands but in the back of my mind, I always had an interest in selling Chevrolet cars and trucks. I'm highly disappointed when I came by 9/2 at 8:06PM and Candace M. stated they weren't able to service me for an oil change. I tried calling multiple times before driving from Pearland and no one answered Candace M. stated they weren't able to service me for an oil change. I tried calling multiple times before driving from Pearland and no one answered. There was only one customer that appeared to be checking out in the lobby. I understand you all close at 9 but make it known that you really stop servicing at 8. The only reason I gave a 10 is bc when I arrived the next day, Jorge O. provided great service! More

I have to start with my sales rep Horace; He is excellent as always. Juan service representative took good care of me getting my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. I arrived late and had a little attitud as always. Juan service representative took good care of me getting my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. I arrived late and had a little attitude but Juan tamed it quickly and redirected me to a better position. I had to leave my vehicle overnight; but I was provided a loaner so I was not really inconvenienced. Thanks for the great hospitality and service. Overall, the dealership was very well represented. Vince Swanson helped me get a new truck today. I had a quick call with him yesterday about exactly what I wanted to look at. When I arrived this morning, he promptly ushered me around to the vehicles in question and quickly had his team draw up quotes for the different vehicles for me to choose from. I decided on the vehicle I liked and went through the paperwork with the appropriate people. All around no-hassle experience and would recommend him to anyone that knows what they want and doesn't want to waste their time haggling. More
