What a pleasure I recently purchased a used A3 Convertible the past week, and it was a pleasure to speak to and be guided through the process by the lady and gentleme I recently purchased a used A3 Convertible the past week, and it was a pleasure to speak to and be guided through the process by the lady and gentlemen at this dealership! The level of service was great! Even the guys that were not involved directly in the sale/service were helpful and courteous! Special thanks to Daniel who when the extra miles to finalize the financing! There was a crack in the windshield that no one had noticed, but they did replace the windshield at no cost and I got to drive a brand new 2019 Q5 for a few days which was great as that's the next car I plan to get! More

Small issue handled quickly. I had a small issue with my car which I thought was covered under my warranty but it wasn't. My service person called Audi and asked if they would fi I had a small issue with my car which I thought was covered under my warranty but it wasn't. My service person called Audi and asked if they would fix this issue this one time since I was a good customer, and they agreed. I am grateful that I didn't not have to cover the expense, especially on my leased car which is due to be turned in soon. More
