The quality of the actual work done to my vehicle has always been great. The quality of the customer service I have and continue to receive is disappointing at best. On multiple occasions I am told I will receive a call with an update to quite expensive warranty claims on my vehicle, only to never receive a call, text, or email from anyone. No matter how many voicemails and texts are left, there is never any communication. But when it comes time for me to schedule a regular maintenence visit, it's like an entire different world. I get calls and texts about my appointment and text updates on my vehicle. It'd be nice to actually have some communication during a time where a very expensive vehicle repair is looming over my head and not just when there's quick fast money to be made during a service visit. More

Hiroshio was wonderful! I lost my husband in May so this was very scary for me to do without him. He found almost exactly what my son was looking for, but mostly it was his mannerism and kindness I felt that I was getting a good deal. The finance guy was also fantastic. He helped us with putting together a warranty that wasn't over done but what we needed!! He was outstanding! I can't express how great it was to have them help with this difficult but great thing, with buying my son his first car after loosing his Dad/my husband. More
