Call Howard Kent! 772-631-1361 I was searching for a FIRST car (used) for my 21 year old daughter, Howard Kent gave us confidence that the Lexus used cars were stringently tested (and they have non-Lexu FIRST car (used) for my 21 year old daughter, Howard Kent gave us confidence that the Lexus used cars were stringently tested (and they have non-Lexus brands on site as well). We visited many dealerships from Ft. Pierce to Boca seeking just the right car. Throughout all of the test drives over the course of 3 weeks, Howard stayed in touch to see where we were in our selection. Ultimately, we came back to TC Lexus and Howard (and because they had THE CAR that he presented to us in a brand we hadn't considered.) My daughter loves it- Mazda6 2016. Large comfortable and clean facility - the sales floor and the service bays. Howard was a pleasure to work with. He understood what I was looking for and how I did my research. I could have gone down to Margate to get the same car at a lower price but we ( including Tina and Anthony in addition to Howard) came to a deal acceptable to all. I have had Mercedes, Infiniti, Cadillac, Volvo, and Audi. Our first Lexus. Hopefully the experience of driving and service will match the professionalism of the people mentioned above - including .... Mark - the technology expert - knowledgeable and patient with a old man not that tech savvy! And Dave Smith - Finance. Although it was only his second week there, he knew his stuff! All in all - the staff was great! PS - update this survey - I am adding 2 of our people. A customer should not have to do that. It gives the appearance that you don't hold them in high regard. I hope that's not the case as I give them 5 stars each! More

This dealership went beyond our expectations. We came in on a Sunday and stayed until after closing. They definitely have it pretty spot on when it comes to dealing with customers.
