After emailing back and forth with several dealerships, we decided to stop in, meet Howard and take a look...what a good choice we made. He was very knowledgable on the RX, took his time to show us multiple options, and was really friendly without the normal pressure of a salesman. Having purchased multiple Lexus products from a few other local dealerships, I will always visit Treasure Coast Lexus first in the future. Steve did the financing, no haggling here either and was very straight forward and nice. After the deal was made, Diane sat down in the car and thoroughly explained all of the new technology to us and was very pleasurable as well. Overall, A+ for our experience...check this place out if you're shopping for a Lexus! More

Excellent commitment to service We began with a tech review appointment with Rick Russel; while waiting we were met by Tina Klein who called Rick and determined he was "with a client We began with a tech review appointment with Rick Russel; while waiting we were met by Tina Klein who called Rick and determined he was "with a client". Although we had an 11AM appointment, we were entertained by Howard Kent and Bobby Jo. Howard did a great job in describing the 2017 RX350, which was not on our agenda. We then spent time with Rick, who was very patient in trying to fix our tech problem, but was not able to do so--he found a partial fix in the new 2017....Howard and Tina then gave us some numbers for a purchase and without the annoying charade of back and forth "negotiation" agreed to a fair trade and cash transaction. We came in for tech help and because of the service orientation of the entire staff we bought a car that we had not planned to purchase. It was a team effort and your staff is exemplary. FYI, my wife loves her new car in spite of the aggressive design--which we did not want when shopping for our 2015 RX. howard kent knowing that i had purchased 13 lexus vehicles over the last 25 years, howard understood he did not have to sell me hard re buying a new gx460. i to knowing that i had purchased 13 lexus vehicles over the last 25 years, howard understood he did not have to sell me hard re buying a new gx460. i told howard that i hated to part with my 2009 lx460, that it was clearly the best lexus i had ever owned, that i thought of trading for a new 460 in recent years but didn't like the third-seat section and, more recently, the ugly front grille (ugh!!!!!!!!!!). he easily explained the 2018 model to me, noting the vast improvements, etc. i told him what color i wanted, what accessories, etc., i wanted -- and done deal. team lexus found my car very quickly, and three days after we agreed on a deal .... i was driving the car away from the dealership. for his part, howard could not have been more eager, more professional, more engaged throughout the sales and trade-in process. it was a pleasure to deal with howard, and also with paul (who was on top of his game when he filled in for howard on howard's long-scheduled day off), and the rest of the treasure coast team. very happy with everything. thanks. mark r. mulvoy More

I had a very enjoyable ride to the airport, my driver was courteous and fun. I was able to be stress free and enjoy a lovely ride in a very comfortable Lexus SUV to the airport, and yesterday when I returned to Orlando, my carriage awaited me at the curb. I was greeted with a lovely bouquet of flowers to celebrate my Birthday. It was a lovely experience. What a great idea to make your dealership stand out to meet your customer needs and wants. I can't wait to tell everyone about my great experience. Traveling is never easy and I was not looking forward to having to travel on my birthday, but Treasure Coast Lexus you certainly made my day special. Thank You! More
