Previously I had my car at the dealership to have the A/C fixed, for 4 1/2 months, and was told all this time that the "condenser" was in back order. Finally, after have my car back, 2 weeks later I dro A/C fixed, for 4 1/2 months, and was told all this time that the "condenser" was in back order. Finally, after have my car back, 2 weeks later I droped it off, again, to be diagnosed, due to a noise that seems to be the "starter", according to the service adviser. It took more than 2 months without the diagnostic, which happened after I went back to them and replicated the noise, which "the technician was unable to do so". After various in person contacts with service advisor, service manager, etc, 2 1/2 months later I was able to have the car back. Now, just one week later, the engine light came on, and I just panic, traumatized. It is worthnote that, throught all these ordeals, communication was a problem, since calls can not reach the receivers, including the main dealership phone, and text messages not always were answered, or answered days later. For the second drop-off, the justification was that " the technicians were overloaded and the shop was beyond capacity". The car was delivered very dirty, and the cell phone holder broken. More
