Hugo continued to ignore my messages and was very unhelpful with the questions I had. He told me two separate times that the car would be ready and when I messaged him asking if it was, I never recei unhelpful with the questions I had. He told me two separate times that the car would be ready and when I messaged him asking if it was, I never received an answer. I had to waste time and money getting there to be told it wasn’t ready after being there for just about a month. I’ve messaged him again saying that the job done was not fully completed and that I needed a wheel alignment still. Still have not heard back from him yet. Utterly ridiculous that this is the quality of his customer service. A young man with a buzz cut who is always behind the service counter has been the best and most helpful. Wish I could remember his name, but I can’t be he deserves a raise. Always trying to help me out and give me updates on my vehicle and would apologize on Hugo’s behalf since he wouldn’t give me accurate updates nor respond to my messages. Pleased with the work done on my car, but disappointed that I have to bring it back to finish the job is brought to the dealer for. Overall, very unhappy especially with Hugo. Will not be going through him ever again nor recommending him to any friends or family. More

I love my truck, and the sells man did a great job, the sell pitch was bad the truck was on sale but by the time you added all the extra stuff it was back up to the beginning price Wish people would sell pitch was bad the truck was on sale but by the time you added all the extra stuff it was back up to the beginning price Wish people would be honest to begin with.
