I was mailed multiple letters offering me a pre-approved auto loan with low or no money down. I called and I gave them all of mine and my husband's financial information. I told them we could afford $500 auto loan with low or no money down. I called and I gave them all of mine and my husband's financial information. I told them we could afford $500 down, and $250 per month. I was still pre approved and sent to the dealership appointment. I looked at their online inventory and selected what was within our price range. Their payment calculator For that specific vehicle, showed that it was less than $200 a month. I arrived at the dealership and filled out all the required paperwork, test drove that same vehicle, and subsequentlywas told that I was approved. Then I was told the only option available to me was $1,500 down and almost $400 a month. For a 2012 Kia with over 175,000 miles. This is a bait and switch dealership that takes advantage of disabled veterans. More

I went in to buy a used car and couldn’t even explain the extreme lack of respect given to me. I’m serving in the military and went in for simple fixes that I addressed since day one. The sales rep. argued with me about things I mentioned I wanted fixed with the car before I bought it and tried to make me feel delusional about the things I said the day after. I then had gotten one of many things fixed in which I found two more problems that they created after fixing the one issue. My experience there was far from anything I would ever expect any to be treated like at a dealership. It took talking to the sales manager to get anything fixed. I would recommend this dealership but wouldn’t recommend talking to Juan anyone else would give you the respect and service you deserve. After speaking with the manager Beto I have been a lot more satisfied with my car purchase. More
