The person at the other dealership didn't have anything on the lot that fit my criteria, so he called Humberto, who had exactly what I was looking for. That says a lot about both the person who referred me and it also says a lot about Humberto! After checking out the options and running the numbers, I settled on a vehicle. And when I needed a ride to the dealership to complete the purchase after turning in my rental car, Humberto offered to pick me up so I didn't have to take an Uber. Now that's customer service!
