Pretty good service Service was good but I had to wait 2 hrs for minor service problem. Wish the problem I had (incorrectly used E-85 gas) could have been told to me when Service was good but I had to wait 2 hrs for minor service problem. Wish the problem I had (incorrectly used E-85 gas) could have been told to me when I called Service Center weeks ago. They failed to tell me flat out “don’t use E-85” but they didn’t. Also my fault for not reading manual regarding gas usage. Wish there a hotline for customers to call to get fast answers to simple questions about their vehicles. Also was not told about possible diagnostic fee ($130) & I did not request complimentary multi-point inspection. More

Nissan 2015 I had Humphrey that I worked with on getting a new car. He was very kind and I got my car in two days times. The only thing I didn’t like was that my I had Humphrey that I worked with on getting a new car. He was very kind and I got my car in two days times. The only thing I didn’t like was that my first test drive was when I drove off the lot. I asked a couple times and they didn’t seem to care to do ones also I mentioned recalls and they just said yes yes they are taken care of but they didn’t have proof or reassured me. Other than that I got a great deal and a great car and I’m glad I walked in there I just think the need to address a few things but I would recommended it. More

Charged for something dealer was at fault for Purchased the car in 2017 as preowned from 2013. Have done all of my service with Star as well until I went for an inspection/oil chang elsewhere. The Purchased the car in 2017 as preowned from 2013. Have done all of my service with Star as well until I went for an inspection/oil chang elsewhere. The non Nissan service center asked for my key for the wheel locks. I said I was unaware I had wheel locks and had no idea where they were. I proceeded to contact star to ask where they were in the vehicle. They told me to check a few places but they were nowhere to be found. What happened was Star Service was using their master key and never informed me that they were and that I might be missing the keys. They wound up charging me $70 for the wheel locks even though they never included them or even told me I was missing them. My salesperson never called me back and the service center just said that it was over a year so there was nothing they could do. Service said they’d “save me” on labor but I still had to pay $70 which was no fault of my own. This is at least my families 4th Nissan we’ve purchased from Star so I’m pretty disappointed at the way they handled this situation. More
