Daniel, I appreciate you taking my call today. I am sorry that it took so long for us to get ahold of each other. While I understand your frustrations we did go above and beyond to satisfy your needs prior to purchasing the vehicle. This included discounting the vehicle, paying for a transmission flush of said vehicle per your request, and covering shipping costs. You were also sent multiple pictures, videos of the vehicle, and inspection reports prior to delivery. This does not mean your frustrations are not valid, however, it does show that in no way did we attempt to hide or cause you to believe the vehicle was something it was not. When buying an 8 year old vehicle even with the lower miles it had, there is going to be expected wear and tear that comes with it. However, due to our live market pricing and as you stated our exceptional sales team you found this vehicle over all others between our dealership and North Carolina. All things considered customer satisfaction is something we pride ourselves on here and I believe I have provided you with multiple options to restore your faith in our dealership. One of which is to give you a warranty on that vehicle at no additional cost to you. The other would be to give you the retail price you paid for your vehicle to go towards the purchase of a newer vehicle that you may be happier with. Thank you for your feedback. I do sincerely apologize about your experience. I pulled the inspection report. It appears you purchased an AS-IS vehicle. Warranties come with certified used vehicles, which this was not. On the internal repair order, I see we performed an inspection, oil change, replaced wiper blades as well as performed a rear brake job. Making this vehicle safe to drive. From the pictures you provided, I would agree the transmission is not leaking, I would call it sweating or seeping but there is no leak. The air filter that was in the vehicle appears to be a k&n filter. This is a performance filter that is supposed to breathe better than a stock filter. We do not re oil these filters, but if you would rather a stock air filter I would be happy to install one for you at no charge. As far as the switch housing on the seat in your picture, I would suspect it needs a new plastic cover. Once again, you purchased an AS-IS vehicle that is not going to be perfect. The time to discuss having something like that replaced would have been when you purchased it with the sales department. I do see we performed a transmission fluid exchange that sales paid for (it looks like after you purchased it). I did pull the warranty history on this vehicle, and I do believe you purchased a very nice low mileage Expedition. Now, this is only what I can see from your pictures and the computer system. My service manager doesn't know anything about this, nor do I. I would be happy to answer any questions you may still have and happy to help where I can.
