great customer service skills, very friendly. On my second visit visit to the dealership he was busy with an other customer and I was switched to Hus

Very poor customer service, lost us as buyers. I bought a car GLE 350 at another dealership, came back to set up an app "Mercedes connect me". Unfortunately, got Hussein again, decided to give him a second chance, but regrated. He didn't want to answer my questions, was talking like he was doing a favor. Only told 24 hour for registration to be completed. In couple days checked the app, it wasn't working. Tried several times had to go to another Mercedes dealership, was told that wrong email was on the account. Everything was fixed fast, all questions answered. Will never come back to that dealership.

Hello Mr. Well,
It's very strange that you cannot find me in your system. The first time we came to your dealership, we work with Jerome. It was nice experience working with him but we needed more time to make a decision. I got few phone calls from the dealership and we came back thinking to see Jerome. He was busy with another client and we were given Hussein. It wasn't a nice experience.
Regarding the car, we bought it at another dealership, but it wasn't Mercedes Benz dealership. That why we were advised to go to Mercedes Benz dealership to set up an app. That's why we came back to Edison dealership but got Hussein again, unfortunately. It's my understanding that he put wrong information when he registered us for the app.
I was so upset with his attitude that I came to the front desk and asked for another assistant. There were three ladies at that time at the front desk and I believe they remember me. My email and phone number are in your system, at least they were there in April-May.
