My experience with Richard was excellent. He understood what I wanted and made sure it was possible. He wasn’t pushy. No pressure. And took the time to explain everything. I bought a Honda Ridgeline and absolutely love it. He took his time and went over all the functions with my truck. Linked my phone up. I also brought my fiancé in a few days later. He’s looking at a Honda CRV. And Richard saw us greeted us and said when he’s ready let him know. I also told him how much I loved my truck. Excellent job!! More

Bad vibes it feels like they always have tricks up their sleeves and don't tell the truth. I was sold a Honda HRV 2023 brand new and was not told that my car was compatible for a remote engine start remote sleeves and don't tell the truth. I was sold a Honda HRV 2023 brand new and was not told that my car was compatible for a remote engine start remote and did the research my self because the past winters have been brutal so I thought I really paid a lot for car it should came with some great upgrades and I was right so I told the dealership GM what I have been through and he didn't even care .He said it is not his fault that the warehouse have you standard push start remote when I purchase the car. To me in the past 2 years when I go to this dealership all they care about is taking money out off my wallet they always say your car's needs this service when really don't and I also had the bring the car back for service for many recalls and some upgrades that failed in a year owning the car it has been a really bad experience. Next time a buy a brand new car I am going to Toyota. I am just done. More
