The appointment for this interaction was made by the staff of Toyota Des Moines to fix a recalled software issue. I came to the dealership and waited while the software was updated. I was told initially that the update would take about two hours and it only took about one hour. Great job by all the staff involved!! Thank You!!! More

They were able to schedule my appointment quickly, the part was on hand and less expensive than I expected. As was labor, which they ultimately came in under. Anyways. They were a half hour early from the quoted ETA And did a good job at keeping me in the loop. I also fit in a test drive of a new 2025 Prius thanks to Steve Henigan. He was a wonderful help and got all my questions answered, plus he put me on the list for Scout updates. Killer experience overall. More
