We changed our appointment to be my minivan instead of our rav 4 before our appointment but you kept me waiting insisting I didn't have an appointment. I ended up spending 2 hours there on a basic routin our rav 4 before our appointment but you kept me waiting insisting I didn't have an appointment. Refused to help me with a brand new vehicle making obnoxious wind noise that goes away with a piece of duct tape. He’s OK I haven’t had a problem with him but I can see he is the best but Toyota I have a Toyota car and now I’m noticing it is not the best company I came in Thursday trying to buy a car until today they’re is the best but Toyota I have a Toyota car and now I’m noticing it is not the best company I came in Thursday trying to buy a car until today they’re saying because of my credit score I cannot get a vehicle but they took my thousand dollar beforehand hopefully I can get my money back quickly they give me hopes that I’m getting a car but it looks like I’m not getting car yeah they take their time they don’t call you have to call them hopefully they can change that their customers skills More
