The first time I took my vehicle it was a great experience. This second time not as much. I was told I would have a shuttle take me to work and back and that didn’t end up happening. The communication with my service provider could also have been better. All together it felt like it was a big inconvenience to my work day with figuring out how to get to work and back and then how they handled explaining what work needed done to my vehicle wasn’t personable as it was all done on my phone and not with a direct person. Also I had a hard time reaching anyone when I tried to call in and directly speak to someone. More
