When I sent questions about the vehicle, I received professional, high-quality, accurate responses within minutes, not hours. When I arrived at the dealership to view the vehicle, the sales staff were warm and attentive. Ian was especially wonderful. He was an excellent communicator, provided top shelf service, answered all of my questions, and was responsive to my concerns in the purchase process. I never felt any sales pressure and I felt like I could have declined the purchase at any time in the process.
