Guiseppi was able to find the new Sienna that we wanted in Illinois and had it brought up. It was exactly as we had requested. He was very good at explaining everything through the process of locating the vehicle and the purchase. No hassle or pressure whatsoever. Guiseppi took time to go over the vehicle with us and explain all of the newer bells and whistles. We were fans of Wilde prior to this and are even bigger fans now. The Sales Manager (Ian Johnson) was also very nice. He came over and spoke to us several times just to thank us. He also called us at home after the vehicle was delivered to us and thanked us again. This is the 3rd car my wife and I have purchased from Wilde Toyota and we have always been very happy with the service we've received. That being said this was our 1st new car purchase, and ended up with Wilde Toyota and we have always been very happy with the service we've received. That being said this was our 1st new car purchase, and ended up with the help of many associates along the process. I looked at many cars on the web prior to deciding on which ones I chose to pursue, leaving a message for the internet staff of which ones I was interested in looking at. Tessa Huber returned my call on Labor day and informed me that the 2 or 3 cars I was interested in had all been sold, but that they did have 1 more that they just received and wasn't advertised yet. My wife and I drove up and were introduced to Kieshon Washington who showed us the car, and set us up with a test drive. Kieshon worked with us on making the deal and introduced us to Ian Johnson the sales manager. On the day of the delivery with Kieshon being out sick, Ian introduced us to Alex Neuburg who helped us through the delivery process, as well as Sam N in finance. Everyone we dealt with were very helpful, professional, and friendly without being pushy. I would like to thank all of them for answering all my questions as well as their diligence in getting the car prepared for delivery. Now I'm getting to the important part of this review, I LOVE THIS CAR. With the Camry TRD option It was a step up from what I was originally looking for, but once I drove it I knew it was the car for me, and if anything, I love it even more every day. My 21-year-old car had finally had so it was time to grab something new. I had been eyeing up a Corolla hatchback for months and finally decided to reach out. I had found a car that had Peaked my interest on Sunday and sent a message via the Wilde Toyota website. The next day Amanda has contacted me. She was very responsive and and provided the information requested in a timely manner. An appointment was set for that same day to go look at a vehicle. Thanks Amanda! That evening I arrived and Amanda was no longer there for the day so Thom stepped up to help. Thom was great and very personable. It was as if buying a car from an old friend, very laid back and no pressure. Thank you Thom! Ian was the man behind the scenes that made it possible for me to roll home in a new Corolla that very night. He was able to expedite the information and rebates to have everything set that made that possible. Otherwise, it would have been a three to five day wait. Thank you Ian! He took the time to personally thank me for my purchase. Thank you Ian! Waquas, or ‘Q’ as he was referred to was the finance guy. He was patient as we negotiated and it was very late in the evening. We just took delivery of our 6th car from Wilde Toyota and we will continue to do so mainly because of the people who work there. Dan McDonald our new car salesperson, started helping us back in 2009 when we purchase our first Camry. Dan explained all the differences between the models and made selecting the first Camry a breeze. My wife and I truly enjoy working with Dan over the years because he takes the time to understand our needs and then helps us narrow down the best vehicle to match those needs. So much so, that when I needed a new vehicle that same year, I did not hesitate to pick up the phone and set up a time to meet with Dan. I would like to also include Ian Johnson from the management team, who was involved in all the purchases and was there to work out the final details on each of them. Both Dan and Ian help take the sting out of buying a new car and made it not such a task. This last car we met Phil Lo from the finance department and he made what generally is a tedious step a quick and efficient one, how refreshing. Simply put, everyone knows their stuff, so why go anywhere else is our feeling! In addition, if you are looking to get your Toyota serviced, we have also enjoyed working with Scott Berthelsen over the years. He is the other reason we just keep coming back to Wilde Toyota. More

After having a bad experience at another dealer, me and my fiancé came here. We were surprised by how nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating Jordan was. I was back in the next day to find my phone with my my fiancé came here. We were surprised by how nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating Jordan was. I was back in the next day to find my phone with my mom. Even though he was busy getting a car ready for another customer, he helped me find my phone and even helped my mom pick a car she liked that she is a few years out on buying. The whole experience was amazing and every question my parents or I asked, both Jordan and Phil took the time to not only answer the question but make sure we understood. I am very impressed and thankful to both Jordan and Phil. It speaks a lot when you have multiple people coming up to you to make sure you are being helped. Everyone was so inviting and nice. I have worked so many years in customer service, so has both of my parents, and I was impressed by the level to which this store achieved the great customer service it has.
