Overall, it was a pretty good experience. I do not sense I got a great deal, and they did not offer me much for my trade. The used car I bought had to go back to have an issue fixed a few d I do not sense I got a great deal, and they did not offer me much for my trade. The used car I bought had to go back to have an issue fixed a few days after purchase, they were great about this--but I was surprised that Ian the sales manager did not say hello, or even make eye contact walking by us several times in the showroom. Very strange. He was certainly friendly to us when we bought the car. I would suggest to Ian that he greets people and smiles instead of avoiding any eye contact! It gave me a suspicious feeling about our purchase, when he avoided us like that. Dan and Ryan and the rest of the staff are great--and I hate the car buying experience. More
