Ian is extremely knowledgeable about the BMW models and took the time to explain the various features in detail. I ended up ordering a custom design that took a couple of months to arrive from Germany, and Ian kept me abreast of its progress throughout the build and delivery. Nick Capparelli the Business Manager also did a great job explaining the various buying options and keeping the various purchase forms simple to understand.
