I spoke to Tommy Gordon on the telephone the evening before I was ccoming to your dealership to work out some figures in advance. I was leasing a 2012 highlander and trading in my 2008 Sequpia. I explained to him that I had been mislead and treated poorly at other dealerships such as Hyundai and Honda who did not stay true to what was advertised on their websites or what I discussed with them on the telephone. I met with Ian upon arrival and he met every expectation that I had. The figures were down to the penny that I had discussed with Tommy. My husband and I did not want to buy anything other than Toyota but we did explore other options. We were treated with respect at Freehod Toyota and now plan to be lifetime customers.
