I've been dealing with Russell & Smith Honda for many, many years. This is my 6th Honda. The 5 rating is not high enough for the amount of dedication, concern and team effort they gave me. It was a many, many years. This is my 6th Honda. The 5 rating is not high enough for the amount of dedication, concern and team effort they gave me. It was a very busy Saturday, probably as always. With the dynamic duo of Ian Nylander and Suzy Q, they made it look effortless and efficient, and with the team of Roberto and Janet, they went over and beyond to make sure I got the best possible deal. I hope their bosses are reading this in an effort to make sure they know their employees are the best, friendliest, caring, down-to-earth individuals who deserve the utmost appreciation. For sure in a few years I'll go for my 7th. More

We will continue to buy Hondas, especially from Russell and Smith Honda. I have had bad experiences with David McDavid Buick and Oldsmobile, therefore I will not do any business at their Honda dealership and Smith Honda. I gave Russell & Smith Honda a 5 rating only because there isn't a 5+ or 6 rating! This is the third vehicle that we've purchased from them, and each time the process is better than the last. Ian Nylan there isn't a 5+ or 6 rating! This is the third vehicle that we've purchased from them, and each time the process is better than the last. Ian Nylander is our salesman, and I've decided that I will never buy a vehicle from anyone else. Ian is not really a salesman, he's a facilitator. He's smart in that he lets the vehicle sell itself. He doesn't push or badger. He finds out what you want and shows it to you, answers questions and provides assistance as needed. Our most recent purchase was made out of necessity - our 2-yr old Pilot sustained significant damage in a recent storm and was declared a total loss by insurance. One call to Ian and he had a replacement vehicle for us, an outstanding price, and 0.9% financing. My husband and I drove to the dealership, and 45 minutes later were driving out in our 2012 Pilot. Ian and Amy Tran had all of the paperwork ready, and didn't push to sell us any additional bells and whistles that we didn't want and wouldn't have purchased. I couldn't recommend a dealership any more than I do Russell & Smith Honda! More

I just purchased my 7th car from Russell & Smith Honda. It is simple. During my recent car search, Ian Nylander was referred to me, and came highly recommended, by a very respected and dependable Honda mechanic. Ian is the Honda Fleet Director of Russell & Smith Honda dealership. Upon meeting Ian, I was certain that his knowledge and expertise in car sales was superb! With the added assistance from Ian’s extremely helpful assistant, Susan, I finally found the PERFECT car for me here at Russell & Smith Honda. I had driven several other Hondas in my car search prior to my visit to see Ian at Russell & Smith Honda, but I could not find the right Honda for me. Ian sold me the 2011 Honda CR-V LX, and I love it! This is my third Honda—I have driven a Honda since 1986. My first two Hondas were the Accord EX, which I initially leased. At the conclusion of the five-year lease on my second Honda, I purchased it. However, after recently being hit in my 1990 Honda Accord EX, and after it was determined my car would have to be totaled, I had to search for a car. Of course, this was not easy for me, as I had driven my 1990 Honda for over 21 years, and I dreaded every minute of the search. However, after meeting with Ian, and having found the PERFECT car for me, I can only describe it as a memorable experience! Ian gave me one price—no haggling, and it was a GREAT DEAL! I am so grateful for Ian’s taking his time in getting the right car for me at the right price. It is truly appreciated. In the past, I viewed buying a car as an experience on a par with going to the dentist; I hated it, but it was necessary. Now, my worldview has changed. Having Ian Nylander as my sales consultant was like h par with going to the dentist; I hated it, but it was necessary. Now, my worldview has changed. Having Ian Nylander as my sales consultant was like having an experienced guide on a first visit to a foreign country: all questions answered, all concerns addressed, all details taken care of. Price was discussed once, to great satisfaction; there was none of this "let me talk to my manager", or pressure to buy something you don't want. I came to Ian on a recommendation from a friend at work who has been buying cars from Ian for 10+ years (her children deal with Ian as well). I have to say, I see why my friend and her family place such trust in Ian. Janet Cousins, the finance manager, is like an old friend you never knew you had: you feel instantly at home in her presence, and she gets you the best deal EVER, even when you think that that will not be possible. You just wanna sit and chat with her all day, go out to lunch, and share intimate details. Finally, Santos Cabrera, the man who handles the paperwork (signing that contract on the dotted line) is a young professional who gets the task done quickly, courteously, and error-free, all the while being nice enough to consider him as a match for your single daughter (if you had one, and if he wasn't already married). So I suppose that I now consider buying a car not like a trip to the dentist, but rather, as a place to make friends who you might invite to your next dinner party (and who can also get you a great deal on a fantastic new car). I love my new Accord, and many thanks to Ian, Janet, and Santos for making it all happen quickly and without pain.
