I do not live in Houston, and I was unsatisfied with the two Honda dealerships I'd visited locally. I'd heard that Houston dealers were more competitive with pricing and had heard great things about Russell two Honda dealerships I'd visited locally. I'd heard that Houston dealers were more competitive with pricing and had heard great things about Russell & Smith. My salesman,Ian, and I communicated via email & phone. I told him exactly what vehicles I'd been considering, right down to color preference. Ian said they had both in stock, whereas the other two dealers I'd visited did not. We discussed pricing, & he even processed my credit app before I made the two hour drive to Houston. The offer was unbeatable, and the service experience could be unmatched! Ian, as well as the entire staff who worked with me, were the epitome of professionalism and enjoyable company. My needs and expectations were far exceeded, and I left the proud owner of a new Honda Accord EX-L! I've bought 3 vehicles from Ian Nylander. I recommend him highly. It only took a couple of hours to purchase my new car (unlike the 5 hours I once spent at a Toyota dealership) I'm also very impressed him highly.
