Not only was the car buying process a very long and tedious one, they tried to change the price on me after agreeing on a set amount. Afterwards, when I traded in my previous Sonata, the finance department left some money unpaid on my trade in that I was unaware of, and I was eventually sent into collections. I was very weary going back to any dealership to get a new car. However my fiancé read very good reviews about Earnhardt Hyundai online. I was not disappointed! My salesperson Paul, was very personable and fun and had a great sense of humor. He made the car buying experience seamless for me. They worked with me on price, and were very patient in trying to find the best fit for me. I left very satisfied, and would recommend this dealership for any future Hyundai purchase. The finance guy Ian was also great. He explained everything perfectly to me when it came to signing the paperwork, and also was fun and had a great sense of humor. Additionally, they paid off my trade-in Sonata in full and on time! The whole car buying process was made easier and not at all intimidating, and for all that I would go back to this dealership!
