He was very friendly and wasn't pushy at all which was a relief especially at a car dealership. Chris made the buying experience very pleasant, and that man has a big heart which is rare. He went through everything quickly and smoothly and we are very happy with our purchase. The finance gentlemen named Ian was a blast too work with as well. He is quiet the character and made the experience very fun. He explained the process and was very helpful. Kudos to Earnhardt Hyundai for having these gentlemen be a part of your team. More

Extraordinary experience My wife and I came in looking at a few different used car types for her and having had 2 Hyundais before she was leaning towards either an Elantra or My wife and I came in looking at a few different used car types for her and having had 2 Hyundais before she was leaning towards either an Elantra or Sonata. She fell in love with an immaculate used 2013 Red Sonata Limited. Julian Foldes was super nice, showed us all of the features on the car, took us for a test drive, and made her a good deal; no muss or fuss Ian over in Finance covered everything clearly and quickly and was great to work with. Having bought many cars for myself and my wife over the years I have to say that this was the most pleasant buying experience I've ever had from greeting when we first arrived, to the sale, to the delivery of the vehicle. He was also friend, knowledgeable and willing to make sure you understand the details of your loan, how much your paying, and any of the "extras" that are available. Amy met me in the parking lot and was warm and greeting. She showed me a couple of options and talked with me about my lease return. I test drove the Sonata Sport and they heard me out without the hard sell. Highly recommend Amy and the rest of the staff are nothing but wonderful. Ian the finance manager never tried any big upsell and the paperwork was done in a flash. High marks from me, thanks guys and you too Amy, best wishes in all you do. More
