I was in the market for a good used car for business purposes and it so happened that a family member who was in Scottsdale came across Earnhardt. They had a 2011 Genesis with low milage that was so clean it actually looked NEW. A few text messages and emails later... the car was being shipped directly to my home in Ohio..! The car turned out to be much nicer than expected...what can I say... those of us that live in the midwest know what to expect from a car after 3 winters and tons of rock salt. This Genesis looked like it was driven off the showroom floor yesterday. I've already had 2 offers to buy the car from people in the office. Lessons learned: First, car buyers in the midwest should be open to new ideas...buy the car in Arizona and ship it! Second, find a dealership that is easily to partner with and which has some of the best follow up skills I've ever experienced...ignore all others including on-line car shopping... (No this is not a paid advertisement...but maybe it should be) 5 STARS for sure! More

After being involved in a massive head on collision, and a terrible experience with another dealership in Prescott, I found my Xterra online and placed an inquiry. Kyle called quickly, set everything up and we made the trip to seal the deal. Ian and Kyle were both funny, laid back, and empathetic to our situation. These 2 have changed my outlook on "used car salesmen" and I plan on doing any and all future business with them. I dealt with Andrew via email and he was very nice and responsive. When we showed up at the dealership he was very nice and showed us the car and we fell in love with it. In the emails we sent back and fo responsive. When we showed up at the dealership he was very nice and showed us the car and we fell in love with it. In the emails we sent back and forth I explained our credit situation and that we had a trade in. I explained in detail about the trade and his exact words to me were "trucks are like gold up here" which lead me to believe we would get a good deal on our trade in. Once it was time to sit down and figure out the finance portion Ian Parker came over and began to ask us questions about our credit. I answered everything he asked about and let him know what monthly payment we were looking to stay around. He left and came back a few minutes later saying he got us a great deal. When he presented the offer it was 3x more than what I told him I wanted to pay. So again he left and came back saying he go us a better deal this time is was still twice as much as I wanted to pay and on top of that he was barely giving us anything for our trade. I told him I had gotten the truck appraised by our insurance company and they said it was worth a lot more than what you're willing to give us. In response Ian said then go sell it to your insurance company and bring me the cash. I was so angry and I told Ian several times you're not listening to me. He is a fast talker and sleazy finance person. I asked 3 times to see the numbers he was working with and each time he wouldn't do it. I believe he was being dishonest and taking us for a ride. I finally walked out because of how rude and disrespectful he was being. I also feel as if Andrew duped me with the talk of getting more for our trade. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. They are terrible! More
