We went to buy Elantra sedan and after discussion with sales, decide to go with Elantra GT hatchback. Michael stayed late evening to work with us and make sure we were satisfied with the details. We told him to meet the next day morning @ 10:00 and sharp he was available and completed the deal quickly. Actually, vehicle color which we liked was NOT available at this dealership and Michael was ready to bring one from other dealership with less time. However, my wife changed her mind to go with Silver color and upgraded to Style and technology package that was available with this dealer. I have traded-in my old vehicle and Jim Tonelli helped us and gave a very fare trade-in value. Also he was very good in explaining all the details and completed the deal with fare purchasing price. No pressure and very professional. Immediately, I got introduced to Ian parker from finance and he explained all options available for me. After 2 days of purchase, we noticed that the rear view mirror doesn't NOT have homelink button. I immediately told them and they tried the best to change it, but NOT free. They talked to parts manager to order one for replacing and I have to pay for it.(my wife is little disappointment, but nothing wrong in it). More
