This was my first time buying experience and James was great! He was patient with all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the process. He went above and beyond by being available to answer my questions even when he wasn't at work and texting me updates and letting me know what was going on with my car. When I came to pick it up he made sure he knew when I was coming and since he wouldn't be there he asked Tristan to help me when I got there. Tristan was great, he had everything ready and was patient with my questions as he showed me the car. He even took pictures of me with the car since I didn't have anyone else there to take them for me! He made it a big deal and I really appreciated that. Ian was my finance guy, he was great about explaining things and not pushing the extra features after I said I wasn't interested. He loves to joke. Everyone was really nice and helpful and made buying my first car a great experience! I'm so happy with my new Hyundai! I also got a good deal on my car. I had called Chapman Hyundai and Auto Nation Hyundai to get price quotes and Earnhardt Hyundai in North Scottsdale offered me the best deal for the msrp of the car. My wife and I decided that it was time to upgrade her vehicle, so we checked the Internet over several weeks and we set out to visit two dealerships that had cars we were interested in test driving. The first dealership lived up to the bad image that used car salespeople often have with the individual attempting to sell us on something that really wasn't going to fit our needs or budget. From there we were going to call it a day, but decided to give Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale a try and we are glad we did. James Orozco warmly greeted us and was extremely knowledgeable about the Hyundai Sonata we were interested in driving. We told him that we were going to go home and sleep on it and there wasn't even the slightest degree of pressure. We did sleep on it and in the morning we arrived back, drove the car one more time and made a great cash deal with a higher than expected trade in value for my wife's car. Ian Parker in the Finance Office was very enjoyable to deal with and processed all of our paperwork quickly and professionally. We would definitely recommend James, Ian and the entire crew at Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale! More
