I was very frustrated with the dealer closest to me. I called this dealership and was lucky enough to be connected to Paulo Pena. He was so patient with me, he listened as I vented all my frustrating experiences with the other dealership. Then he promised to get me the best price and amazingly HE DID! We arrived at the dealership to buy our car and everything was ready for us and expedited beyond satisfaction. When we met with Ian Parker, our finance guy, he was very clear and concise with all of our warranty options. There was no pressure to purchase anything additional, although some of the extended options were great deals! Both, Paulo and Ian were friendly and upbeat as was everyone we encountered at the dealership. After we finished our purchase, Paulo patiently wen over everything in the car with my daughter. He made us laugh and as corny as it sounds it actually felt he was as excited as we were about our purchase. I truly wish there was a 6 star option because everything about our experience exceeded our expectations!!!! More

From start to finish it was the best experience we have ever had in our many years of buying cars…..and since my husband is 86 and I am 79, we have had our fair share of purchasing vehicles over these many years! Our salesman, Christopher Dixon, was an absolute joy to work with, and we can’t thank him enough for his extremely hard work and patience at getting us into just the perfect car for our needs. Along with Christopher’s help, we had the great pleasure of meeting and working with Tony Femiano, Jim Tonelli and Ian Parker, during our purchase process, and all of these gentlemen are some of the nicest individuals you could ever hope to meet. They all worked so hard at making our entire experience run smoothly and we couldn’t have asked for better treatment throughout the time we were there.
