Fifth car from Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale Went in for service on my 2019 Santa Fe and ended up leaving later that day with a 2020 Palisade Limited. Jonathan and I talk every time I'm getting my vehicle and my wife's vehicle serviced and I asked him to take a look at the Palisade since I hadn't seen one in person. Jonathan, Tony, and Ian were able to work out a deal where I got a lower interest rate and kept my payment the same while getting into an amazing vehicle I never thought I could afford. Thanks again, guys! I always refer everyone I know to the Hyundai Brand and this dealership in particular. It is also important to note that the service team is the best in the industry. This is my 19th vehicle so I have had cars serviced at many different places. One of the many reasons I stick with Hyundai is for this service team. I have worked with every single adviser including Michael Southern, the service director, and they are all incredible. More

Painful and disappointing experience if you are foreign. This was my first time leasing a car in the USA. I moved in more than a year ago and have a stable lawful job. I found this dealership through Checkbo This was my first time leasing a car in the USA. I moved in more than a year ago and have a stable lawful job. I found this dealership through Checkbook. They were supposed to have one of the best deals in the area. Since the monthly payment was going to be great, I decided to move forward. At the beginning, Jimmy was effective, but then he wouldn't reply to my messages for hours/days and I would feel like if I was chasing them. When they submitted my paperwork, we started a painful process in which they weren't sure if I was fit to lease the car because of a misunderstanding in which they were having trouble recognizing I had an active visa. After lots of clarification attempts, I sent them an email, with my thoughts, after which Hyundai Motor Finance contected me and told me I was approved to get the car. After that, I wanted to move forward with the deal, despite of all the hiccups; and then found out that they quoted the wrong vehicle for me (this could have been avoided if they would have been kind enough to send me the VIN# of the car or an official quote, as I was requesting from our first communication). However, Jimmy was willing to keep his word on the price. At the end, he had a personal emergency, which I understood, but nobody else contected me, neither him followed up with me. He relied on his coworkers Ian and Bob, but they never reached me either. It has been almost 4 days after he replied my last message. I decided to go with another dealership, just because they never showed interest on getting my bussines and instead, made me feel like it wasn't important enough because of my visa status. More

A series of events and changes happened in my life and I put off purchasing a car. I would periodically reach out to Dave about vehicles and he was ALWAYS happy to answer any question I had and continued to share cars with me that he knew I’d like. Fast forward to today and now I didn’t only want a car but needed one. Dave was very responsive and treated me like a VIP. The approval was done and paperwork ready to be signed when I arrived making my visit to the dealership short and sweet. DJ and Ian also played a big role in my great experience. All 3 were so friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dave especially since he was able to “put up” with me for over 2 years... that’s not an easy task! Thank you again! More

Best car dealer ever My wife and I went to Earnhardt Hyundai looking for a 2018 Sonata which unfortunately was sold prior to our arrival. We were introduced to Tony Wahl w My wife and I went to Earnhardt Hyundai looking for a 2018 Sonata which unfortunately was sold prior to our arrival. We were introduced to Tony Wahl who showed us no less than 3 Sonatas and 2 Elantras. while taking the time to explain all the features included on each model level. We eventually made an offer on a 2019 Elantra Limited which was accepted by Management. The entire time and transaction was very professional and friendly. Thanks to Tony, finance staff and Management for the best car purchasing experience ever! More

Knowledgable and Respectful! I am currently a student living on a very tight budget and my previous car was on the verge of complete break down and was not worth as much as the re I am currently a student living on a very tight budget and my previous car was on the verge of complete break down and was not worth as much as the repairs would cost. I went into the dealership with a fixed monthly payment I could afford. I was fortunate enough to be able to work with Kyle Frame who was absolutely fantastic. Truly he was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He had a wonderful personality and made my whole experience enjoyable. He seemed to truly care and wanted me to be able to get the best car I could afford. He never pushed anything on me that would put me over my budget and did everything in his power to get me the most car for my money. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Kyle and Ian who help me immensely understand the financials and again did not push anything on my I could not afford. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for an affordable car and a wonderful experience to stop by and talk to Kyle. I love my new 2018 Elantra SEL, it has more features than I thought I would ever be able to afford and drives like a dream compared to my previous car from 1998. Even after my purchase Kyle is still always willing to answer any texts or phone calls. He is truly amazing and I guarantee if I did not find him to help me, I would not be in a new car today. More
