Was an ok experience, could improve Price was set very well, we agreeed on a price beforehand. Everyone was pleasant to deal with. Upon the test drive the headlamp was burnt out. I looked it up online at autozone local had it in stock for 11.99. I asked if they could throw a bulb in it and he said no. My wife got pulled over on the way home by a state patrol. Luckily it was just a warning, but something that could have been avoided. Low fuel light was on. There are some other things but I do not want to nit pick everything. Will go elsewhere to buy next time. More

Brain was efficient and explained everything quickly but so that we were clear and understood the finance process. We were bummed to not qualify for loyalty pricing (guess we drove the old Honda TOO long) but in the end we were glad to drive off in our new RDX! More
