Best dealership experience I've had Hagerstown Honda was able to provide me with a hard-to-find vehicle faster and at a better price than the other dealerships I worked with. They followed through on the price and other promises communicated ahead of time. Jason didn't put any undue pressure on me during the sales process and he really listened to my concerns. He was highly knowledgable about the vehicle and took the time and effort to get me acquainted with some of its more esoteric features. My family and I are very happy with our new Pilot! More

Easy and Honest I shopped for my CR-V at four dealerships, and Hagerstown Honda was the most straightforward when it came to giving me an accurate, out-the-door price I shopped for my CR-V at four dealerships, and Hagerstown Honda was the most straightforward when it came to giving me an accurate, out-the-door price, all via email. Other dealers resisted giving me price information and, once they did, they couldn't beat Hagerstown's price. Ian was responsive and never pressured me to make a purchase before I was entirely ready (I take my time and do a LOT of research before buying a vehicle). Once I got there, Eric was patient while I picked a color, and a few hours later, I was home with my new vehicle. More

The thing I noticed the most was the salesmen/saleswomen were not pushy and trying to sale me just anything, they let me make my decisions with ease. The staff also explained everything in fine detail, the financial, which included; the loan, the warranties, and where my money was going. The staff also help me with operations of everything in the car, helped me set up my Bluetooth as well as taking his time just for me. The best part was, the staff made me feel important. More

Excellent "low-key" buying experience No fuss, no muss buying experience. We knew the vehicle we wanted to purchase and got an "out the door" online quote from Ian. It was the lowest quo No fuss, no muss buying experience. We knew the vehicle we wanted to purchase and got an "out the door" online quote from Ian. It was the lowest quote we received, so we decided to drive out to Hagerstown. When we arrived at the dealership we were introduced to Ian who then handed us off to Blake, our saleman. Blake proceeded to take us on a test drive and explained every feature of the car. When we sat down to purchase the car the final price matched to the penny the "out the door" price Ian had quoted us. We settled the paperwork while the car was detailed, had one more feature review with Blake, and drove the car home. This is how car buying should work. More
