It was the lowest quote we received, so we decided to drive out to Hagerstown. When we arrived at the dealership we were introduced to Ian who then handed us off to Blake, our saleman. Blake proceeded to take us on a test drive and explained every feature of the car. When we sat down to purchase the car the final price matched to the penny the "out the door" price Ian had quoted us. We settled the paperwork while the car was detailed, had one more feature review with Blake, and drove the car home. This is how car buying should work. More
