June 4, 2023. I received a malfunction alert for my passenger side brake light bulb. I called my BMW service sight to make an appt. and the earliest available date I received a malfunction alert for my passenger side brake light bulb. I called my BMW service sight to make an appt. and the earliest available date was June 9th. I called Circle BMW, and they were very very accommodating and happy to get me in the same day. They asked me what time could I be there, what!!!, I never got that response for being a loyal customer at the dealership I bought my car from. With concern of how long it may take, due to I had another important appt. at 2:00 PM, I was assured I would be out in plenty of time even with a complimentary car wash. Thank you Circle BMW for such customer focus. I tip my hat off to you! Driving from Jackson, NJ wasn’t a waste of my time but an aha moment going forward for service and or purchasing a new vehicle. More
