Our service tech, Ian Wyre, could have recommended we replac This was the second nail in a run-flat tire that I've had in the last couple of months. Our service tech, Ian Wyre, could have recommended we replace both tires last time, but since we don't put a lot of miles on the BMW and the tires were less than a year old, he said just the one would be fine based on the wear. He saved us big time especially since we got a nail in the opposite tire this week. There are new homes being built nearby in our community and unfortunately nails end up out on the roads. We are just happy to have Ian as our technician. He is not only always fair about what service is needed as well as not needed, he is a polite and professional person and a pleasure to deal with. More
