Anyone fortunate enough to own a BMW knows that the upkeep of these vehicles are costly and having a consultant like Ian Wyre whom is knowledgeable and understanding helps with the shock of unexpected repair and service cost. My service agent was Lee Woodruff, who had to move to Georgia for personal reasons. During his absence I often took my current BMW to Atlanta for service, though when I did use Capital, service was still handled pretty well. But Lee made a big difference when he came back to Tallahassee and Capital a few years ago. His attitude, sincerity and thoroughness, plus his ability to make my service needs of paramount importance make a service experience go smoothly. Clearly the people who do the service must also be doing the right things, but Lee Woodruff is the image of Capital services which I see and trust. More
