I booked my appointment online and planned to wait while car was being serviced. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Coffee/drinks and snacks were available while I waited. My service advisor was pr car was being serviced. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Coffee/drinks and snacks were available while I waited. My service advisor was prompt and communicated exactly what service my car would receive. It took around 1.5 hours to get in and out of dealership. I will continue having my BMW serviced here. One thing I really liked was the video the technician took of my car explaining what he was observing and what did or did not need attention. My car was still clean after being serviced. I take pride in keeping my car clean at all times and appreciate the dealership making certain it’s kept safe and clean while it is in their possession. More
