Good with getting my service oil Change tires rotated that I paid for in my new car contract purchasing auto servicing However my biggest disappointment was with your Finance person Kimberly Vinal Who wa that I paid for in my new car contract purchasing auto servicing However my biggest disappointment was with your Finance person Kimberly Vinal Who was very very rude with me. I asked her with the new Dodge Charger I bought 2 years ago where she put on paperwork I could re finance in 2 years when interest rates are lower now only almost 10% she was not helpful at all just said ask your local bank I said my bank does not do refinance . I said I will never buy a car at this dealership again! She just walked away from me and said that's ok!!!! How rude crude she was with me I bought the total package everything from her and financed entire transaction This is not a way to treat a customer who will Never buy a car here ever again! Overall, it was okay. I'd prefer to talk with a person when scheduling an appointment vs an AI robot. The waiting area is nice but the chairs are looking a little worn. Efficient and pleasant. I would look at how much Spanish speaking goes on in the dealership. Since we live in the USA English is our language. All I heard was Spanish. Had to go back 4 times to resolve the problem, and was told it would be no money out of pocket except my deductible. I had to pay $800+. Totally xxxxxx and not happy. Would not recommend to anyone. They lied to me about things they did and I proved they didn't do them. But in the end they did part of it after I had to leave it when they said it was done.
