Rather than personally reach out to General Manager Duane Massa, to inquire if he would honor the quoted sales price listed on the Internet, he turned us away despite traveling an hour and a half to Pembroke Pines. Thanks to Julio for going above and beyond and making that call himself. The sale moved forward without additional fees added to compensate for honoring the reduced sale price listed on the Internet. My service advisor, Steven Ross, always knows exactly what needs to be done, and has even been able to give me pointers on how to re-set/repair minor things mys advisor, Steven Ross, always knows exactly what needs to be done, and has even been able to give me pointers on how to re-set/repair minor things myself, over the phone. He always makes sure my vehicle receives all the recommended maintenance and has never tried to manipulate me in unnecessary repairs or unneeded services and always attempts to get all work done under warranty. We visited to have two recalls corrected on our 2016 Forester. Our service writer was Joseph Solerno. He was terrific. He came right to the issue and him long it would take to be corrected.
