He is so Dam Lazy and a big liar. Each time you call finance dept no one nevers answer the phones. All mailbox full. I been waiting for my refund regarding me canceling my tire and wheel warranty. I signed papers back on May 14 now July 17 and still don't have my refund I contact Lexus Corp location. And now Chris responded to them and not the customer. Chris and all managers their should be fired. Please if you are praying people GOD will show please stay away from this car dealership. From sales rep. Extraordinary, seamless and caring staff from the moment of the first phone call until the last question was answered. Touring the facility highlighted some eye opening amenities consistent with a top tier dealership. Even after the sale Sebastian, Vlad and Chris Norton were were extremely responsive to follow up questions. Sebastian provided stellar service from the hotel thru the tutorial to the final wave goodbye. While driving the car back home, Vlad was quick to respond to a question and identified a positive solution within minutes. Igor the Manager was a delight to speak with and was quite proud to tout some of the dealerships successes. In summary, this experience exemplified teamwork and professionalism. Good Dealership. Great service and Quality. Was there for 50,000 Miles Service. Was waiting only 3 hours. Good Cofee selection. Only one bad things- cost to much. Ha Great service and Quality.
