Great Trade-In to Lease Experience for an Out-of-Stater I touched most of the bases at this dealership, and everyone I worked with was very responsive and great to work with. I live in PA, but I submitted to receive a KBB instant offer, which lead to them contacting Freehold for me initially. I initially spoke with Ira who works on their Internet side. We had an incredibly straight-forward conversation about what I was looking for, what offers I'd received previously, and what he could offer. Once we agreed to the framework of the terms, and because he wasn't in on the particular Saturday I was coming in, he transferred me to Carlos on the sales team. Carlos called me shortly after Ira told me about the transfer to introduce himself. He answered any questions I had (which were a few due to the out-of-state transaction) and was very informative and personable. When I arrived at the dealership, Carlos greeted me and we walked through everything with my trade-in as well as the normal car transfer details, again answering any question I had. Because almost all of the details had been discussed previously, I was only in the office for about 2 hours total. This is compared to a 5+ hour marathon I've had previously at a local dealership. Playing into that short time was my work with David in the finance department. He was very straight-forward as well, which lead to by far the shortest time I've ever been with a financing department at a car dealership. Overall, I can't say enough about how easy of a transaction this was and how everyone treated me. Since taking ownership of the vehicle, Carlos has stayed in communication with me to make sure everything is going smoothly. His personal touch throughout was/is greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to work with Freehold (even if you're out-of-state like me). More

The best experience we ever had with my wife in a car store. In all the years that were leasing or buying cars, this was the first time we came across no-nonsense people, at every level: Salesman - Carlos Ram In all the years that were leasing or buying cars, this was the first time we came across no-nonsense people, at every level: Salesman - Carlos Ramos Finance manager - David Poyner, Floor manager - Eric. Plus, as we were driving to the store, i called in and told them we are coming in, and we would like to test drive two different vehicles. Then i said i hope it wouldn't take forever to get those vehicles prepared for testing. The person i spoke to said it would take no more than 5 minutes. And to my utter disbelief that's exactly what it took. Friendliness and no pressure at every level. No time wasted for crazy talk. I think what i said here should speak for itself. The people in this particular store are just as good as the Subaru cars itself. Please place this for everybody to see. . More

3rd Forester Purchased with them We all know car buying can be a painful experience and I was dragging my feet until the last 2 weeks on the lease on my Forester. So I steeled my nerves, had all my notes and research ready and off my husband and I went. We were prepared to do battle! However, we were pleasantly surprised when instead of being met with unyielding price tags and arrogance our salesman was more than happy to work with us in every way he could. That salesman was Steven Ullrich. We worked the numbers trying to get the car that I wanted to be affordable for me. Steven even found the Forester that we had "speced" out online to end up being what is now my Dream Car! I might add that it was refreshing that once Steven took the first ride with us after that he let us go out on our own. It's a little uncomfortable having the salesman riding alongside of you and we enjoyed this privacy to talk our budget etc.! All that being said the BEST thing that Freehold offers is the one-on-one you have with John DePalma! New cars today have so many bells and whistles that you drive it off the lot not knowing what 3/4 of them are! Sitting with you in your new car and going over absolutely everything was beyond my expectations! The last Forester I drove for 3 years and didn't know how to work most things on it! John was funny, professional and very patient! And the $50 WaWa gift card was a bonus! I told John I thought maybe I should be paying him for that wonderful hands on overview! Bottom line, 3rd time here and see our relationship going on for quite a while! I highly recommend Freehold Subaru! More
