I have been interested in the Honda Accord Coupe for quite some time. I have visited Joyce Honda twice, and both times I have been over whelmingly dissatisfied, that I came to the conclusion that I woul quite some time. I have visited Joyce Honda twice, and both times I have been over whelmingly dissatisfied, that I came to the conclusion that I would never have the opportunity to drive my dream Accord Coupe because I would not tolerate poor customer service. After some thought and reminiscing about the Accord, I decided to try Paul Miller Honda, in hopes that I can finally have my dream car. I was skeptical when I walked into PM Honda, but was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by Lou. His friendly demeanor and warm presence made my car shopping experience unprecedented. His informative presentation about the car WOW-ed me, but his no pressure aura made the decision making process easy and stress free. Lou's patience was truly unforgettable, as he was kind enough to deal with both my indecisiveness and entourage of opinions I brought with me! (Fathers can be a tough crowd)! His diligence and willingness to collaborate to find me a comfortable price was remarkable. Lou is definitely an extraordinary find in the world of car salesmen! When approaching the conclusion of my PM Honda experience, I was yet again pleasantly surprised when I sat down to close the deal with the finance manager, Isabel. She was both efficient and informative, adding tremendously to my quality experience at PM Honda. She did not add pressure, but rather guided me to make the best finance decisions that were suitable for me. She took the time to elaborate on my questions (both general finance and Honda relevant), and really made a lasting impression on my overall PM Honda experience. I've been a loyal VW customer for years, simply because I appreciate good customer service. Well, I am pleased to report that today I was able to walk away from PM Honda with both keys to a new 2013 Accord Coupe, and a lasting impression of GREAT service, a luxury that is too often forgotten. I most certainly look forward to working with Lou and Isabel again in the future! More

Everything was painless, and everyone there was amazingly nice and helpful. It was my first car purchase, so I was nervous, but they put me at ease and treated me wonderfully. My husband and I went to Paul Miller Honda in the hopes of purchasing his first new car. The experience was GREAT. We had no idea what to expect as far as the process for purchasing this car, but we were p of purchasing his first new car. The experience was GREAT.
