Chris was fantastic! Definitely 5 stars. Daniel was great. Another 5 stars. I did not care for Matthew because I felt like he was trying to hijack Chris' sale. The whole Definitely 5 stars. The whole time he was talking, I couldn't help but think what is up with this guy? He was trying to sell me a brand new vehicle when I had already stated that wasn't what I wanted. If I could I would give him no stars but he would get a one star if his name had been listed on the previous page. Thankfully the GM, Seth, put a stop to that. I don't remember meeting him to thank him in person, so thank you Seth! Five stars to you! I gave Serra Kia 4 stars because initially I came in to see the yellow Kia Soul because the pictures online made it look wonderful. However, upon arrival I looked at that particular vehicle and was extremely disappointed by what I saw. The pictures were misleading. Actually, I almost left. However, I decided to talk with Chris and am very glad I did. Not only did I end up with a really great vehicle, I made a friend in the process. Greg Nims was great, he did exactly what I needed him to do. I told him the vehicle I was interested in, he looked over, drove it and told me via phone what in needed. All in all, I am very satisfied with my purchase of the vehicle and the service provided by Greg, the dealership however gets a big zero. They reported to Carfax that they conducted a predelivery inspection and oil change on the on the pick up truck. NO!! it was a quart and half low on oil and had an old Motorcraft oil filter with a date on it, a four tire different amounts of air in them, none of the remaining fluids under the hood were checked either, all were needed to be topped off. Service department gets a zero. Finance department is the biggest scammers, while Serra states they have a satisfaction guarantee, that is far from the truth. I was forced to sign a "no cool down" clause in the contract, was told my pay-off on my trade was handled, that was a huge lie, and when tried to "return the vehicle" to cancel the deal, was told "too bad, too late". More
