She talked to me the whole time throughout the week answering any questions I had, which was a lot. She was so friendly and great customer service. So we finally come in and Kayla had another customer at the time so Isaiah helped us and he was absolutely amazing. His customer service was wonderful he talked to us like he had known us forever. Then the general sales manager Luke also helped us and he was absolutely wonderful. His customer service was phenomenal. He broke down all of our bills with us and helped us figure out our payments and he was truly wonderful. Kayla was finally able to break away and she gave me the hugest hug like we were best friends and it was just such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend using Serra Trussville Kia for any of your new or used vehicle experiences because they are truly amazing. More

Worst car buying experience that I’ve ever had! We went to this dealership because we had a pre approval through Capitol One. We did all of the work prior to going to the dealership. All we had to d We went to this dealership because we had a pre approval through Capitol One. We did all of the work prior to going to the dealership. All we had to do was pick out a vehicle in our price range. The salesman and manager were the rudest I’ve ever had to deal with. Even though we were prepared, they kept us waiting all day. My wife was just in an accident and we had our 6 month old son with us. They didn’t try and speed up our paperwork at all. By the time they had our new car ready it was dark. So I didn’t get to inspect it. The next day we went out for lunch. I noticed some scratches on the lower door. So I called. And sent them pictures. They refused to fix it. So I called Kia customer service. They got involved. They arranged for the dealership to look at it. I took it. They said yes it needs to be fixed. Two days later they call and say the General Manager says he’ll have to look at it himself. I live over an hour away. With all the hassle and driving, I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. And with involving Kia, and them not holding them to a standard to uphold customer service, I wouldn’t recommend them either. More
