The light was on! I was due for my 70,000 mile checkup. Two days before it was scheduled the ! Light went on. I can wait says I. When I came in for servicing I sai I was due for my 70,000 mile checkup. Two days before it was scheduled the ! Light went on. I can wait says I. When I came in for servicing I said that light is on. The tire pressure is low in one of the tires says he. 1 hour later he calls my name, the car is done. You had a nail in tan back driver side tire. It the thick tread so we fixed the tread after we took out the nail. You are good to go. I trust tose guys to do the best for both me and my Escape. I'll be back! More

Never repair any of the complaints Bought 2018 mkx and it was new 8 months ago have had back to shop for many rattles and bad interior parts that look bad like cheap-pay over 50,000 for Bought 2018 mkx and it was new 8 months ago have had back to shop for many rattles and bad interior parts that look bad like cheap-pay over 50,000 for a car and the service is never right.Also the service person says they will call and never does,also the car has 21 in wheels and tires on it and rides like junk and when talking to dealer they say call Lincoln. Car has 7000 miles on it and it is unreal that you have to turn radio up not to hear all the noises in cab. Would never recommend a Lincoln to anyone from this dealer.service is the name of the car and with out that all the warranty can not help you.Also the engine is ticking and never did and they say that is normal and I do not know but I sure do not want a gasoline auto that sounds like a diesel ! Just amazing all problems are unfounded? More

Good experience I bought this car after seeing it on the internet. They answered all of my questions and provided additional pictures. They were familiar with out of I bought this car after seeing it on the internet. They answered all of my questions and provided additional pictures. They were familiar with out of state sales and made it easy. I was able to fly into Chicago O’hare. They had a driver pick me up and bring me to the dealership where the car was ready to go. I was able to take a test drive and someone explained all of the features. Overall a very easy process. More
